Progress on The Course Or Personal/Medical Information
Usually it is best to contact the Form Tutor for your son or daughter. This is the person who has responsibility for maintaining an overview of all aspects of the progress and personal needs of your son or daughter. If the Form Tutor is not available when you contact School Reception you can leave a message for them which they will try to deal with at the first opportunity. Alternatively you may wish to speak to the Head of Year for your son/daughter.
Reporting Student Absence
Please telephone school reception on the first day of absence and state the full details. These details will be entered in the attendance computer register as quickly as we can and this should help to avoid staff trying to contact you about unexplained absence.
Careers Advice
If you wish to check specific Careers related information please do ask for the Careers Secretary, Mrs S Womack or the Careers Co-ordinator Mrs D Hucknall.
Complaints & Serious Concerns
We hope there will be few of these but we recognise that parents will, from time to time, wish to raise serious issues with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We will try to respond as quickly as we can. There is a formal complaints procedure which students are asked to follow. Parents should feel able to contact the Form Tutor for their son/daughter or Head of Year.
